Established in 1964, the Nippon Electric Control Equipment Industries Association (NECA) is a private voluntary organization promoting the growth of the electric control equipment fields. NECA was incorporated in 1993, and became a general incorporated association in 2012.

The aim of NECA is to contribute to the growth of national economy by creating new customer-oriented demands in the field of electric control equipment industries, through proposals and promotion activities to member companies and consumers.

NECA also actively assists its member companies in the global market by mediating exchanges with associations and companies throughout the world.

The industrial society has changed. NECA contributes to the growth of the electric control equipment fields as a supporting industry, and supports construct an affluent society through its activities.
